The 2023 1st Call (2023/1) of the European Partnership/Eurostars-3 Program for Innovative SMEs is Open!

The first call of 2023 has been opened within the scope of the Eurostars-3 Program. Within the scope of the call, international R&D projects aimed at developing market-oriented, innovative products, processes, and services with the participation of at least one partner from Turkey and one from Eurostars member countries will be supported.

Eurostars-3 is a program created under the “European Partnership on Innovative SMEs” within the Horizon Europe/European Innovation Ecosystems work program, in cooperation with the Eureka Secretariat and 37 member countries. Within the scope of Eurostars-3, which will be carried out between 2022-2027, it is aimed to support innovative SMEs to increase their R&D, innovation capacities, and productivity, helping them access global value chains and new markets.

In the calls opened within the scope of Eurostars-3, one of Eureka's most important support mechanisms, R&D projects for civil purposes are supported under the leadership of innovative SMEs, without any distinction of technology field and sector. An innovative SME must be included as a coordinator in the project consortia. In addition, Turkish teams wishing to propose a project for the call must agree with at least one foreign stakeholder with whom they will carry out the project as a project partner. Applications for projects without partners/unilateral projects are not accepted.

The deadline for applications is April 13, 2023, at 14:00.
